The Nebraska-based company that makes Dorothy Lynch salad dressing is partnering with the Team Jack Foundation to raise money for pediatric brain cancer research.

Tasty Toppings Inc., which produces the dressing, has released its first Dorothy Lynch-themed cookbook, with 100 percent of the proceeds going to the foundation.

The cookbook, called “Home Style Heroes: Recipes For A Cure,” includes nearly 200 recipes and is on sale in stores and online for $15 plus tax.

Cookbook sales benefit the Team Jack Foundation, named for 10-year-old Jack Hoffman. Jack, who has a brain tumor, became a national sensation when he scored on a 69-yard touchdown run during the 2013 Nebraska spring football game.

The cookbook includes entrees, dips, sauces, appetizers and desserts. Recipes include rib sauces, meatloaf and brownies.

“Dorothy Lynch’s benevolence is something that all Nebraskans can be proud of,” Team Jack Foundation Board Chair and Jack’s father Andy Hoffman said in a press release. “This amazing company is about more than producing a great salad dressing. It is a company that is committed to helping others.”
