The ESPY Awards wrapped up Wednesday night in Los Angeles and three years ago Jack Hoffman was up on stage receiving a trophy for 'The Best Moment' in sports that year.

Jack is from Atkinson, Nebraska and is now going into 5th grade. He was diagnosed with a form of pediatric brain cancer in 2011 after suffering seizures. It was for his 69-yard touchdown run during Nebraska's Red-White scrimmage in April of 2013.

After his diagnosis, his family started the Team Jack Foundation to raise money for pediatric brain cancer research and eventually find a cure.

Three years after that fateful ESPY win, Andy Hoffman was named a finalist for The NASCAR Foundation Betty Jane France Humanitarian Award.

You can help Andy, Jack and all kids who have pediatric brain cancer win a $100,000 to use for research by voting online.

Andy Hoffman told 10/11 he was nominated for the award by the Marilyn Mecham, the chairperson for the Team Jack Foundation Gala.

As for Jack, Andy says, "He's doing great." Doctors are also continuing to monitor his brain tumor. He'll go back to Boston in October for another MRI.
